A little Photo Session

Went out for photo shooting in one of our customer's shop few days ago. The owner is kind enough to provide us some lightings, and we just took with 2 shitty white papers and 2 modelling lights(if that's the name....) oh! in fact that wasnt white papers, just some wasted tapaulin @.@
I was just taking the plain product shots as it will be reedit and reposition on somewhere else so i didnt put in any props to enhance the products.

We took 4 to 5 hours to finish the shots for 43 types of snow ice with different toppings.... yougurt, milk, chocolate, coffee, green tea, mango, peanuts "snow ice" with difference toppings on each. Well, it's not really long session comparing to the full day studio shooting, but the one who blends the ice were exhausted.. lol...

The photo above taken from the 1st session. This Green Tea with egg yolk is one of the hot seller in the shop, they introduce milk snow ice with egg yolk at the very beginning, but soon they found egg yolk with green tea makes a better combination so they took the milk off from the menu and now, of cos they still selling it.

The proper way to eat the ice is, do not stir, cos the ice are blended into very thin pieces, so they melts pretty fast if u stir it, and for this egg yolk snow ice, you have to poke the yolk and u cover it with the ice, it sort of "cook" the yolk, you wont taste the egg yolk stinky. For those who love eggs, it's nice ^^, it's a like it or hate it thing.

I took this photo with someone else's suggestion, we thought it might look good on the shelf near the window with all these flower in the vases.

This is actually 2nd photo shooting for all of the products cos Iglool snow ice introduce new sets of menu periodically. They changes their concept once a while to refresh their image so that they keep their customers coming. Iglool is the franchise from a Taiwan company named Charmy Snow Ice, they currently got 2 outlets and a kiosk, the following kiosk will be at The Spring next year.

在过滤旧照片时忽然看到这几张相片。。。

以前的日子太爽了。。。大家都懂一切会改变，所以相信彼此都很珍惜那一段日子。。。

那一阵子网络很多这类的照片，自己手痒痒，画了几个给朋友。。。呜~还有我的爱人，小Pat~他阿母他落毛+“香”多了~ 呒哈哈哈哈~~

十一月了咯。。。那天忧郁处女-xu提起我们已经回来一年有几个礼拜了，很想念那的生活~

赫赫~ 说实在，我在那的生活像个废人~尤其是等成绩的日子。。。可以天天昏睡，特别是最后两个月杰仔坏了，杰仔没坏还有论坛好泡，有游戏好玩。。。杰仔坏了整天睡。。。。睡到我傻了，竟然用两个礼拜时间看了比我20多年来看的小说还多的英文版小说。。。XD

这个月也是我工作一周年。。。是不是该换跑道了呢？赫赫~~~

这一年里累积的经验是蛮多的啦。。。但觉得脑子有点生锈了。。。以前不管是Pat还是John,都坚持我们用最好的工具。。。纸和笔。。。最禁电脑前sketch。。。。

但在目前这里，哪来这么多时间让你纸纸笔笔的。。。我很同意纸和笔的规矩。。。至少脑袋有足够的思想空间。。。。但。。。跟以前一样，很多人不了解这道理，喜欢在电脑前面那着滑鼠拉来拉去。。。

算了。。我看透了。。我们来自不同的世界，那种思想，并不能让他们体会到。。。。我也只能用我空闲的时间去活动活动自己的脑袋瓜。。。有些人认为，很多东西能自己学，能自己去发掘发现。。。。但是说实在，真正的教育，带来很多你意想不到的知识。。并不是自己发掘发现的这么简单，前辈的一言一语，是让你发掘更深一层的开始。。。你没经历过，你不会懂，我也只能默默接受你认为的"自己学"比较好的道理。。。。

What is this??


I found some websites watching movie recently....well, i din find it, but i was told.... and it is really good ^^ smooth, no lag, and many new movies :P~

But i still prefer watching movie in the cinema....or else, dvds are definitely better, better sound better visual and sometimes you find a same movie better in the cinema than a pirated vcd. Why? try watch a horror movies/ movies with dark scene with a pirated vcd and in a cinema. For one of the reasons, the extras inside are definitely worth buying.
When i was in uni, we always took back dvds from the library for a week or two, but of cos, they only bought dvds which are "artistic" or i should say relevant for video/multimedia students. They've got a lot Wong Kar Wai's, Akira Kurosawa's dvds as well, these kind of artistic movies are definitely there. One thing i love about dvds there is that, most of the dvds they've got several extras, and i normally watch a movie twice or more with the same dvd. First, i watch the movie as usual, then i watch it with the directors commentary....not sure whether any of you guys know this, but that simply means when you play the movie, you'll hear a commentator explaining the scene or telling a bit story behind, where mostly will be the director, and it's so cool that the whole movie, u'll get to know more exclusive info about the production or even somethg more interesting; like you'll see john trovalta's sister in saturday night fever working in a fast food counter....haha~

But i normally dont get this kind of cool extras in the dvds i bought in UK...hmmm...where the uni get them....or maybe they are for education purpose only? hmmmm

I just can't wait Golden Screen Cinema to come into Kuching - Spring >.<>.<) but GSC got salted pop corn XD. I remember i bought 2 tickets per day when i was having a two weeks break, 1 movie after another everyday.....until 3 days later, there's no more movie for me to watch anymore...then i'll change branch..LOL...watching movie alone was weird eh? but i'm ok with it, at least i can watch anytime, anywhere, anyhow.... until i met some gangs in KL, i think it's hard for me to go alone..haha~ me and one of my fren sumtimes just drive all the way to mid valley for a movie plus the salted pop corn (only available at mid valley's GSC), other than this one only fren, the rest just love the sweet pop corn.... We even went all the way to mid valley, no movie for us, and go back home with a combo salty pop corn. Sitting in front of a laptop and there goes our movie. haha~

记得上次提到企图诈骗集团的电话。。。
最近又有新招式~
以前一打来就问会讲华语吗。。。
最近看到电话没显示来电号码就知道是她们啦~基本上现在我一看到就直接按删除，之前还很好奇的接来听听到底是何方神圣打来。。。不再用会不会讲华语做开头的他们竟然很有礼貌的跟你问好，接着就说“我是产品品质调查公司，像问问你是用什么手机型号。。。
唉~~~拜托~我很很很讨厌销售员，更何况是这种电话诈骗~二话不说就盖电话。。。
现在想想有点后悔。。。其实我应该继续跟他玩吧？好让我在这有更精彩的po上来？

记得有一次跟爸在我家后面的超商买东西，走出店外忽然有个推销员走上来，说什么有奖品拿，问说有没有看过这牌子的空气清洁机，请到他们的店去多了解，领奖品。。。我跟爸有点好奇的跟了几步，在还没进入前，看了看店，我们决定掉头，走人。。。 我们都觉得那店看起来怪怪的，很诡异。。。他们专选在后面的铺面，比如，需要拐几个弯才到的那种。。。店内摆了些有的没的产品，一些锅子，器具之类的。。只有一个小桌子，很多马来欧巴桑的，几个员工在拼命讲解。。。

过很久之后收到一封朋友专寄来得电邮，说他的舅舅还是伯伯上了当，就在青统大厦，也是同样的办法把人骗进他们的店里，到了店内，他们开始送个小礼物，然后介绍你买机器，我也忘了干什么用的，但价钱可是要上万，说可以分期付款，一开始受害者还蛮理智的，想要离开，但说着说着，感觉像被吹眠一样，模模糊糊的就开始签卡，而且还一次还完！！！
听说他们店内还燃着香精的东东，也许是影响受害者思绪的关键。。。
下次看到这类的推销员最好别上当哦。。。

"You're too independent....." I remember someone said this to me long long time ago. At that time, i hasn't got a clue why he says so..... Now...i totally understand it, i understand the point, but i still never figure out the purpose of telling me that....and well...i felt a bit sorry, and that is the first time i feels so innocent..Innocent for being bad in a good way? I thought independent is good....should i change?? should i be more dependent? or should i pretend??? I don't know...But anyway maybe...i'm not that independent...i'm just pretending to be....

Any females that doesn't know how to park a car, how to cross a bridge, how to not cry when u cut your fingers,..... congrates, cos u'll be having someone who park ur car, who carry you on a bridge and wipe away your tears. It's lucky to be weak in certain things maybe, and dont try to learn how to. Cos some says this will scare most of the guys away. They'd feel useless, they dont know wat they could do for you, they will walk away... so might as well just pretend you dont know, and let them do the job ^^

ahh well....life sucks...

I've got an interesting mail yesterday, a mail that makes me wanna forward it to everyone more than ever. it's a message from George Carlin, a comedian of the 70's and 80's - could write something so very eloquent...and so very appropriate. His wife passed away recently.

The paradox of our time in history is that we have taller buildings but shorter tempers, wider Freeways ,but narrower viewpoints.

We spend more, but have less, we buy more, but enjoy less.

We have bigger houses and smaller families, more conveniences, but less time.

We have more degrees but less sense, more knowledge, but less judgment, more experts, yet more problems, more medicine, but less wellness.

We drink too much, smoke too much, spend too recklessly, laugh too little, drive too fast, get too angry, stay up too late, get up too tired, read too little, watch TV too much, and pray too seldom.

We have multiplied our possessions, but reduced our values.

We talk too much, love too seldom, and hate too often.

Lunch Time!!

NK Food Network is one of our favourite place for lunch. ^^
NK selling variety of food, western and chinese style.
They've got very special menu, well...not as in food, but as in how they divided their varieties of food.
Breakfast from 8-11am, serving boiled eggs, toast, waffle, american breakfast set.
11-2pm, lunch, they got daily special, which is claypot somethg with rice or noodle, and mix fried vege....then....
2pm-6pm they've got tea time with all kinds of delicious pastry (pizza, scones, nyonya cake, danish, croissants, muffin, cheesecake, local delicacy, etc)
6pm-10pm for dinner they serve western cuisine, speg, chops, steaks, etc.
Other than that, they also got chinese or local food like tomato fried kuey tiaw, noodle, fried rice which are available whole day long.....
Provided with different kinds of fruit juice and cold drinks.
Oh ya, and on sunday, they got dim sum too...
Most of their food are very nice, and as in the size, it's just nice for me. But for most of the guys, they find it too little, not enough to fill their stomach~ I remember the last time i went there, which was...thursday, i think they increase the portion size a little bit, definitely gonna make sure next time...^^

那天朋友约了去Soho。。。怎知因为大家都要到10点才能到，却已经没位了。。。只好走入对面的Ipanema。。Ipanema是间类似Mojo的店。。不同在于Ipanema比较大，位置比较多，而都选用古老式的椅子和凳子。。比如那种古棕色皮的沙发。。还有咖啡店的木质靠背椅。。。我们走入时刚好有个沙发台。。。三个人坐了下去，叫了Jug Heineken,其中一个朋友另加个Guiness draught. 还以为他自己喝，到最后把它都参入我们杯子 -.-""

但是Ipanema的环境真让我们受不了。。太多烟民。。。太多的烟。。。熏得我眼睛啊~

朋友也受不了了，赶快解决一jug转站到MOJO。。。。

MOJO环境很好。。。不会太吵，不会太杂，就算一大堆烟民，我们一点都不觉得眼睛累。。也许是空气流通系统做的比较完善吧。。。。发现天花板比较高。。。也许有关系。。。朋友叫了瓶Vodka，7个人。。。。2个小时没到吧。。。一个拼命叫人切柠檬，一个拼命加七喜。。哈哈。。。我俩女的假假慢慢喝，自然没人会加给你。。。XD

Mojo环境好之余。。。也比较便宜也。。。vodka, Ipanema RM220，Mojo Rm180 ^^

总而言之，要喝酒聊天，Mojo很适合。。。
